on Honesty |
| One day, two guests came in for
lunch. They sat and chatted long after their check had arrived.
When they finally decided to pay, they were so engaged in the
conversation they just laid down a bill and muttered, "Keep the
change."Our team member discovered they had left $50 on a $20
check. She went back to ask if they really meant to do that. The
guests were shocked and pleased at the team member's honesty.
They even told a manger about it. |
